- When you get in, don't be enticed with the pay & try to over work forgetting you have to study for OSCE.!!
Bottom line is, OSCE is the important part of NMC ation.!! If you don't get OSCE after few attempts Na back to square 1 ooo & this agencies will have to choice than to dump you.!!

Cgfns case now as it seems has to do with a lot of patience ooo.... With some they are fast, with some they are slow.!! As long as you send your documents correctly, you should get on fine and I also know you probably have to bombard them with calls a little bit if that helps...
I do call them a lot even though sometimes they might not respond but it sure help..

This is typical to my case as it encountered ability of delays.
Others move faster if no delay encountered.
