I did everything as directed... The back camera hooks, I'll have to switch to Selfie and then back to back camera before it snaps,, after a while it hooks again... The Selfie camera working fine

Having Problems with this GCAM on the Redmi Note 9 i installed it on,, the camera opens, but when I click the shutter button it doesn't snap. I cleared cache and Data, then set it again... It snapped like twice and then Stopped again... Please any other versions I could use for RN9?

As someone who has pushed his phone to it's utmost limits in of normal use, I have found that the three most heavy tasks for RN7 and RN8 by extension since their chipsets are nearly identical are:

1. Augmented reality ( GCAM's Google playground etc.)

2. Screen mirroring/casting.

3. Google Cardboard's Virtual reality


At the end of the day, your RN8 is still a midranger. Forget all the hype. In any case, I screen cast neatly with my phone, in fact, it's what I use for PowerPoint presentations via Anycast.

If you're going to cast:
1. Switch off/on or restart device to clear memory.
2. Turn off background activity.
3. Turn off Bluetooth, it interferes.
4. Avoid charging your phone. You'll cook your motherboard. What you seem to be experiencing is Thermal throttling activity because I can assure you, the phone will get hot.
5. Even if you're not charging, avoid actively using your phone while mirroring and always make sure to kill the screen during a mirroring session.

Switch Off Bluetooth? I thought that was part of what controls the casting? Because my Bluetooth and WiFi switches on Automatically by their selves whenever I turn on the "Cast"
