bro I never say they will not grant you entry, it is a schengen visa and of course you will be allow in to any country that is part of the schengen zone.. what I am stating is that you have to first travel to the country you get the schengen visa for or from, since one get the schengen visa (D-visa) for Estonia and it's written boldly on it that entry point is Estonia you will never be allowed to enter finland or any other schengen country.. but once you enter estonia and your schengen visa is stamped you are free to go to any of the schengen countries..

Mind you, you have to apply through the schengen embassy where you'll spend the highest number of days

So, you want to spend a year in Estonia but two days in Finland, you'll apply thru Estonian embassy.

I applied for Msc to about 5 univs with my HND certificate and I was reject prelimnarily. What they offered me in alternative was 3rd year direct entry onto their Bsc with one stringent condition that I must provide TOPIK exam result. I reminded them that am above 40years which I think is quite high for the undergrad program but they said that they don't have any age restriction for their undegrad, grad and language programs. But my fear is, if I accept the Bsc direct entry ission won't SK embassy here in Nigeria object to it?
If I meet all requirements and provided all documents, would SK embassy use my age alone to disqualify me? Do they have the right to disqualify me on age grounds even when the school says otherwise. Ur comments please!

As long as you are a genuine student you don't have to
worry about anything.

If starting from 3rd year does not bother you, then go
tell em at the embassy why you're comfortable with that.

Don't forget you'll be interviewed and that will be one of
the factors that will determine your visa success.

I got my port back with a blue stamp. Application was refused, reasons are that they canot confirm my stay there, something related to that..after all the delay, I even got tired of the whole process, I submitted everything needed with a statement of 2.5M, all credit from company I work with (salary)..their reason sounds so stupid. .they should have just said they don't want people or they don't like young people..lol...all the best in your application.

I think it's more about keeping the contractual obligations and not the technical input by the contractor/engineer. Although I agree with you that more needs to be heard but from what I undersold from a phone conversation yesterday night, the contractor agreed to a cost and collected money upfront, now he has slowed down the job and is asking for more money. This shouldn't be so except with very good reasons.

Boss, it's so surprising an engineer is giving a client this much trouble. As in a deadline ontop hin money.

Total building space is 245 square metres. The Engr charged us 2.5m for only the foundation to DPC. We gave him 2m for a start. He requested for the balance after 2 weeks that he wanted to purchase more materials. This we also sent to him based on trust.
