Mama how are you doing, we were eventually denied visa �I’ve taken to my faith by God’s grace I will try again after giving birth hopefully we get it..so sad and painful after spending so much

You can try cerelac and pap... I use Nutribon, pap and cerelac for my baby. She loves spaghetti, fried egg, boiled egg yolk, and other adult food... For cereal, she takes it only when she's very hungry if not, I'll end up taking it.... I tried mashed food and they all ended up in the bin.
Every child is different though and also, you'll have to be patient to be able to get what they'll love..... Also check the type of cerelac you're getting. I recently got vegetables mixed with rice cerelac for my baby and it's making her purge but your kids might not react to it (it's for 7mnths old please). In all, just be patient and you'll get what they want.

Sorry dear. I can’t but first off there’s pap, a whole lot of products like gerber, friso, cerelac etc, start small until u get the one baby likes. At 6 months u can start introducing adult food too. Be sure to mash and watch out for pepper. Feed in small quantities

Why not wait till they are fully dependent on solids before you begin to worry about the way your stomach looks? You carried twins for 9months! It's not easy! Even us that have singletons have big stomach too.

Please relax for now, let the twins start depending on solids then you can begin diet and exercise.

Please mothers which cough syrup Vulcan I give my 4months old baby...she has been coughing for some days now and I’ve been giving her vit C but the cough did not go it get worse mostly at night....please if there’s any home remedy or syrup kindly share with me

Google Diastasis recti or Mummy pouch. Belly binding and exercises help close the gap.

If you will have a baby again, start belly binding as early as possible after delivery.

Sounds like diastasis recti and it’s common in women who had multiples. Please avoid sit-ups, planks and the likes as they will further facilitate the separation of your abdominal walls. You can google exercises that can help

Belly wraps can help and of course teas like aju mbaise can help as well

I feel so pissed right now... OK my niece told me when she went to pick up my baby from creche the minder was telling her to tell me to brush her tongue very well.. Then one teacher came and asked who brushes my baby,my niece or me?... She told her it was me! ..then the teacher said "You See" Like.... how old are they if they are still below 2-3months it’s Normal by the time they are3months and or so they will be sleeping well...my babies are 3+ now and sleeps so well both day and night...and again make sure they feed well because if they are hungry they won’t sleep well.

It's important whenever you're less busy to search the thread for responses to your issues before asking questions again. It gives you a faster solution because this thing has been addressed numerous times on this thread

1. Babies do not have to poo everyday, most especially exclusive bfed babies. But even combifed babies may poo every 3-4 days. With exclusive it can be up to once a week. So far the poo comes out like egusi and they wee regularly, your baby is fine
2. The discomfort is colic. Colic will run it's course and go. Search the thread for remedies that have worked for other mamas
