I've falling victim of it, but is it that they can't be traced or what? I thought all mobile numbers were supposed to be linked with NIN? So if someone falls victim there's no way in recovering your money again?
Asking if there's anything I can do about it to see if I can get the person track down and recover my money.
I have the phone number, even bank I sent the money to, there's no way someone can be traced?
Pls I need response.
