Hello everyone, my sister has IW for 19th which is Thursday. She has gotten the email to set up her new profile. However she said she called today and she was told to wait for another email that she will print out and take to OIS on Thursday to submit her port but as at this moment, she’s yet to receive the second email and Thursday is less than 48 hours away. Has anyone submitted IW application since OIS began collecting? How did you go about it?

Guys please help me on this @hunee @Africankel even if i was refused at least let them send something, not ignore my application since 3months now. The emails I sent to were gotten from this thread if any one knows any other emails I can send a message to

Please has anyone gotten submission date for Italy in the last 2weeks? I have been trying to get a submssion date but none available (first timer). I have sent emails to inquire about walk in but no response. I have tried to call the number on their website but not reachable. Is there any alternative way to them?

I’m going to Paris in May and from there to London. Yes please. A little update; My application got refused on the grounds that my bank refused to respond to inquiries on my statement. Reached out to my bank. At first they denied, after 24hours they called back apologizing that they were just seeing thee email. 87 usd and all the stress down the drain Cc @hunee

Normally, a yellow fever is valid for 10years. If it carries your old port number shouldnt be an issue, because it is stated on your new port. The question now should be, will the approving officer be patient to confirm why you have those discrepancies ? Ofcourse, i can not prempt that; i also can not say get another yellow fever in the current port number. Whatever you feel would be appropriate, please do it, it is your decision and money.
Further more, be mindful that appeals are not allowed on evisas. be sure to get everything right.

Then optional documents I wanted to add to give my application more weight, I merged with my letter of self intro as one document. Hope this helps

Please also my yellow card was issued in 2021 with my old port number but my details pop up on the yellow card website and it says my card is valid. Can I still use the yellow card like that or do I need to do a new one with my new port number?
PS; I entered Qatar with same Yellow card in March 2023 but I don’t know how this SA own works.

These are the documents they have asked to be ed but I want to know how to add my business documents, son’s birth certificate, landed property documents, etc. Can I merge them under any of these documents listed on the site? Also what do I write in the letter of explanation? Do I also need book tours since it’s a tourist visa? If so which sites can I book tours without paying? Please help 🙏🏻

Guys please who has paid for priority after booking an appointment recently? Appointment is booked for tomorrow. When I added priority to cart, it proceeded to book appointment. Normally it will ask you if you want to drop your already scheduled appointments while highlighting the proceed to payment page but it’s not showing like that. It’s just saying book appointment which if I click on it shows like I want to book appointment which will cancel the one I already have for tomorrow. How do I overcome this?
