You can only begin counting days after the initiating NGN has been debited.

After debiting, 3-5 working days for it to be credited to Fintiba and another 3-5 working days for Fintiba to send you a confirmation.

However beneficiary which is the recipient should match the opening information.

E.g Blocked name: Mr AAA

Beneficiary: (has to be) Mr. AAA

So the beneficiary must not be the student name involved or the provider :..??
