Hello house,

Trust we are all doing fine.

So I applied for a visa and my capture date was on the 7th of August. I got on the 27th of August that my entry has been denied.

However, the tracker hasn't moved to the next stage for me to pick up my port. I called them and they said I'll have to wait till I get an email. I also emailed them last week checking in on the status of my port.

Any tips or help will be appreciated on this as I have some things coming up.
