Hi Hi!

Tried calling today with fongo, got cut off when it was about 3 minutes to my turn, I'll give it a try again. Out of curiosity, do you know if the agents usually give details on status of security, eligibility? Or they'll just give the same update as we get when we to our profile?
Thanks

I think you can call ircc to know your VO and current application status

Naah I use Qlife initially when I got the first request for medicals back in 2020.
Omoooo!!! I've come across at least 3 different web forms now (including the link you attached). I'm not even sure which to use to update my records anymore since I left Nigeria.

I've used https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx and

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Lagos

In the past. I only for a mail response from Lagos Immigration asking me to mail Accra immigration as PR matters aren't handled in Lagos. Sent that mail long ago and no response.

Do you think I've been using the wrong link to update my records?

Thanks for the third link too!

Qlife abi? i'm tired of them....However as someone said, once you do the remed within the stated time, you're fine. You can still the slip here https://secure.cic.gc.ca/Client/en/Application choose add a document to your application.

Awesome! Phew!
Thank you for this.

Hi
Your 30 day window stopped counting the day you did the medicals. So no worries.

Hello,

Please has anyone observed the time between remedical and when it is ed on your profile? I you the emedical slip which I can use for proof but don't seem to have any way to it.

The physician says it'll take about 14 working days for them to it, not very comfortable with this because of the 30 day window provided by IRCC, any ideas please?

Alright
I'll call them, hopefully I get something useful

Thank you so much

Thank You so much

As for the GCMS, you will just have to wait. Or you may try sending another one via https://www.getgcms.com. (I used it and I got my GCMS in less than 35 days)

GCMS or email from VO are the only two ways of identifying one's VO (that I know of).

But I believe your webform should be good enough.

Thanks a lot Tyola! Appreciate the wishes too.
This is such huge relief.

For the GCMS, I sent a mail to CAIPS (the agency I used), this is my third or fourth follow up and they're quite prompt to respond (usually within 48hours), stating that they are also shocked by the delay from IRCC. They confirmed that they've received all my details and are waiting for response.

I don't really know my VO as I've never received any GCMS notes or updates that showed this. Is there any other way to know one's VO?

Tyola:

1. You may not see any ghost update. That is fine

2. GCMS don't usually last that long. You may want to check with the agency you applied through to be sure they received your documents, proof of payment of GCMS request fee and to be sure they have submitted your request to the responsible agency in Canada

3. Regarding change of address, provided you have raised a webform informing ircc and/or sent email to your VO (if you are sure of the VO), then you have nothing to worry about.

I was in the same situation, I never received response to my webform or my VO on my change of address. Yet, I received my ppr while I was outside the country, sent my documents to the nearest vfs (outside Nigeria) and I got my COPR.

So don't be disturbed, I'm wishing you all the best.

Hello all
Been reading this group and I'm super happy for all the good news! Indeed I'm very optimistic.
Need a little information,
I submitted my application in October 2020, ed in December of same year, and it's been quiet since. Didn't get most of the usual ghost updates or any communication. Also requested GCMS but it's been more than 4 months and nothing yet.

I got remedical request this week (also noticed the background check section changed from "we will let you know when we start your background check" to "we are processing your background check and we will let you know if we need more information"wink.

However, between when I submitted and now. I have changed employers and relocated outside Nigeria because of work, I've tried sending several webforms with no response, I tried again recently and was directed to mail Accra VO which I have done but no response still, has anyone successfully updated their employment record and address while waiting? How did you go about it please?

Hi there,
Finally got the exhaust cleared (was blocked), drove a few minutes and performance dropped again.
Did a scan and got the following errors this time around
P0102 - MAF SEN/CIRCUIT
P0113 - IAT SEN/CIRCUIT
P0021 - INT/V TIM CONT-B2

Please help

First check your exhaust. Lets be sure your engine can breathe properly.
You said in your earlier post it runs great the. After abt 20mins it begins to run poorly. A cloghed exhaust could also show such symptoms.
So check it so we can know if your engine is breathing properly.
Alright
Yes, it runs well for about 20 minutes then begins to show the signs explained earlier.
I'd get a mechanic to check this out tomorrow, thanks a mill.

Check your exhaust system. It might be clogged.

Would do.
But do you think this can cause it to throw a P0021?
I occasionally get Evap Gross Leak (P0455), this doesn't come all the time

kindly give more details on the fail safe mode. what happens? what works? what doesn't work?
there is a possibility this is an electrical problem. check all your fuses, wiring and relays too. then we can move from there

Hello, thanks for the input.

Everything works except the acceleration. No hard start, no rough idling, it just doesn't rev above 2000 rpm and as a result, it doesn't move swiftly enough, also seems to get stuck on second gear.

Any ideas please?

Hi,
I'm new here, happened upon this forum searching for solutions online.

I need your help badly. I've got an 03 Pathfinder, runs great and does the heavy lifting for my work, to be honest it's almost the perfect ride/work horse I need.

I've been having the P0021 error code on my pathfinder for a while now, starting the car from cold, it runs fine and revs well for the first 20-30 minutes and seems to go into fail safe mode once the engine heats up. I've checked my oil levels, recently replaced all Cam and Crankshaft sensors, I've also removed and checked both IVTC solenoids for any debris or blockage, did the battery test and the screens are moving quite well I think but still no luck. Live data on both solenoids read about the same ⁰CA and percent.

Its driving me crazy and gets very frustrating when this happens, perhaps it's a false positive or I'm looking in the wrong places, I'd appreciate if anyone can share his/her experience with or opinion.

Gracias mucho

If you've replaced the camshaft sensor and the problem still resurfaces, then it maybe the cable leading to the sensor.
I once had this issue and the culprit was an open circuit in the wiring leading to the sensor

Thanks for chipping in. I'd like to clarify, you mean the wiring going to the camshaft sensor or the IVTC solenoid?
I'll probably get both of them checked though
