Guys, please I need suggestions on how to handle this issue with Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC).

From January till November, I have been receiving monthly bill of #6500 (estimated bill),which I pay regularly.

However, this morning I received my December bill, instead of the normal #6500, I was charged #52,000.

What could be the reason for such a sudden increment within a month ? Please suggest ways I can successfully handle this issue.

The house is just a 3-bedroom residential apartment. How can I consume energy worth #52,000 in a month?.

Attached below is a graph of my energy consumption (fixed) from June to December. Why the sudden change in December since the energy consumption is fixed.

Please note that it is estimated billing, since I've applied for prepaid metre, but yet to receive any positive response from IBEDC.
