I’d a situation with one I think a month ago at the ikoyi link bridge. That was the night UBA had a show at iralty road in Lekki. I just ed the toll with the last 5h cash on me so I was left with 200naira cash so needed H to complete the toll , I begged the guy to let me he totally refused, ok is there no other means of payment let me use my MasterCard. For where? The guy no even answer me, all plea fell on deft ears. And I was trying to go pick up a rider. Na so the guy say make I reverse and clear well for others to . I obeyed him thinking maybe he’ll reconsider after sometime. After few minutes this guy came out of his cubicle and ordered me to reverse and look for alternative route to my destination else he’ll call security. Shuu! Call security?! Like, are you serious?! Na so I enter my motor drove straight and blocked the road and it was d only toll opended that night. I came down of my car and told do your worse, call heaven call earth, call even ur papa or all the red beret soilders wey dey island. I’ve cause a little queue by this time.

All the while cars have been ing and I’ve been trying to wave some down for help but non bothered to stop to even ask what the problem was.

The stupid guy has gone to call one of his colleagues, that one came with a walking talking on his hands, I just looked at him and laughed inside my belle. The guy asked, sir what’s the problem I explained everything to him and how I’ve begged him and asked for other alternative means. I was even thinking this one will remedy the situation I no even know say he is another broke ass fool. He just talked and said I should clear so people could . After he said that I just ignored him since he was not there to solve any problem.

Las las, na one gentle guy come waka come didn’t even say a word, gave the guy 5h and asked him him to give me the change of 100box.

That was how I ed that night o. As I picked up the rider I just went home straight.

So that card I think it’s a welcome development going forward to save one from such embarrassment but they should also make cash an alternative as well.

. I agree. Cash is still a form of payment, I think that new CBN deposit policy is what they are trying to avoid.

They said you'll need to bring proof of ownership of vehicle, valid ID and minimum of 2k. Their office is just at the beginning of the bridge(the roundabout)

They open on public holidays too

Mine is also 40 trips and I wonder why ? I dont leave my crib till say about few minutes to 7 or even past and by 4/5pm I'm running home. Uche thinks my life is all about Bolt It takes me almost a week to even complete this task.

Let me explain myself before you crucify me .

I got a request inside Ikota Village Estate, picked rider without asking for destination, started trip and I saw IDIMU, I told rider that I dont think I can continue with the trip say I'm sorry.

Madam said do you want to end trip I said Yes Ma and quickly added that the 500 fare I will pay so she doesn't have to bother about that, I parked inside Mega Chicken parking lot and ended trip.

So I told her to wait in my car while she order for another ride, she couldn't due to network issue with her phone. At this point she was restless, saying she really needs to beat rush hour traffic yen yen yen, told her madam calm down let me order for you from my end, she agreed.

Pam pam I don order, driver called, he requested for destination, i told him. Bros say I'm sorry I cant go to that place, abeg cancel. Madam say why we they run from her destination, I just laughed, no give reply.

Madam come say make I put Airport road that she will find her way from there, good enough. Next driver accepted to go, he was just at the car park so it was fast and easy, madam left with the guy and all the while my car was idling with AC on.

After she left I went back online and request entered immediately, pick up Oando just after Mega Chicken, called rider and destination was Lekki, I was happy.

Time to leave the parking lot, engaged gear into R, gehgehgehgehgeh, car went off and it has not started since then.

Traffic today at lekki is mad. Just got home (gbagada) at about 3am. My last trip from vgc to iralty. From 9pm to 2:30pm almost 6 hours. Trip end at N7,500. I was sleeping at d traffic. The babe sleep go. Thank God she wore very bad/short gown. If not she for enter bike or trek home.

I had to stay the night at Mega Chicken, left for Gbagada around 4.30am. Funny how the same road was as free as can be.

I'm the one who shared the bad experience of a rider stealing my money and ndubuis was trying to justify why he would never leave a enger in his car, he's entitled to his opinion, we all are.
The same way i let it slide when Tyche said i was careless as if i envisaged such incident.
