You posted a question, which you do not know the answer to. Someone gave you a detailed solution and you rushed to write FAILED, instead of acknowledging the solution and learning from it.
People who engage in this type of arrogant behaviour do not learn easily, but they fail for their pride.

From the look of things Alex Otti can't win this election.

No matter how many times you re-conduct the elections in Obingwa, Osisioma, Ugwunagbo and remaining Isiala-Ngwa, Okezie Ikpeazu has their sympathy.

With Nkechi Nworgu and Abaribe's political structures of Otu onu, the margin Alex Otti is leading is just not going to win this election for him.

No matter who wins, let them not burn the State but respect the wishes of the majority and use the court.

I can understand your point of view, but I wish to disagree with you on your view about the Ngwa sympathy. Majority of the Ngwa people are not interested in tribalism and hence they voted for APGA. Everybody in Abia is interested in a change in government, apart from few who feel that they have something to benefit from the PDP. In this case, PDP snatched ballot boxes and for other areas, intimidated the people into voting for their candidate or forfeit voting. From this, they were able to pave small room for them to inflate the figures, but to give those figures being circulated is outrageous and unimaginable.
He they succeed, Abia may experience unrest. I pray that the will of the people previal.

If he wins, let him deliver above the best performing period of Amaechi and justify his election. Perhaps, PDP will be restored.
