swaggzo, Can you see how much of a failure you are? You posted a question, which you do not know the answer to. Someone gave you a detailed solution and you rushed to write FAILED, instead of acknowledging the solution and learning from it. People who engage in this type of arrogant behaviour do not learn easily, but they fail for their pride. Change and become a good learner and improve. |

Time to fight corruption and not one another. Buhari must stand his ground now or loose his reputation as a corrupt-free leader. Nigeria is not a private property, let us all work together for the good of the entire country and not for the interest of a few.

coolvitus:Dear, We may not be one 'nation', but we are citizens of one COUNTRY - NIGERIA. Suffice it to say that you are a Nigerian and I am a Nigerian, and that makes us one: Igbo, Hausa or Yoruba. No matter how you may interpret it, we are (1) all Nigerians (2) all Africans (3) all humans (4) created by the same God If you can not deny any of the above, suffice it then to say that we are one. |

swaggzo:My dear, Give your solution. I can assure you that the solution above will stand every reasonable logic. Though you have something in mind, but that may be the most illogical thing of the week. |

Though it does not make complete sense the way it is presented, it is a sequence derived as follows: 1 squared - 1 = 0 2 squared - 1 = 3 3 squared - 1 = 8 4 squared - 1 = 15 5 squared - 1 = 24 Hence the required answer is 24. 1 Like 1 Share |

aderonila18: You need to grow up above the level of insulting a tribe. It does you no good. Make your point and be civil. 26 Likes 2 Shares |

Thanks Prof for refuting the story promptly. Those mischief makers who are bent on causing disaffection between one tribe and the other should pls stop the madness. War will do no one good. Stop the hate campaigns. To commentators, pls lets sources before we begin to call names and add fuel to little fire. Though we speak different languages, we are one; created by the same God; together in one country called Nigeria. AT LEAST FOR NOW. LET'S RESPECT ONE ANOTHER. 21 Likes 2 Shares |

MrCEO69:Your topic has the potentials of coming to the fp if you had attracted many more posts within few hours of posting the topic. This I expected you to do by responding to my post immediately, even if it means not acknowledging the correctness of my solution and thereby attracting hot argument and more solutions and explanations. I commend your interest in Maths. Wishing you great success in your studies. |

Let the respective weights of the rat, cat and dog be represented by a, b and c. Then from the 1st image, a + b = 10kg .................eq.1 From the 2nd image, a + c = 20kg .................eq.2 And from the 3rd image, b + c = 24kg .................eq.3 Now, eq.2 - eq.3 gives a - b = -4kg ..................eq.4 eq.1 + eq.4 gives 2a = 6kg :. a = 3kg From eq.1, b = 10kg - a :. b = 10kg - 3kg = 7kg From eq.2, c = 20kg - a :. c = 20kg - 3kg = 17kg Now the 4th image shows a + b + c = 3kg + 7kg + 17kg = 27kg Final answer 27kg THANK YOU. 1 Like |

IsraeliAIRFORCE:I can understand your point of view, but I wish to disagree with you on your view about the Ngwa sympathy. Majority of the Ngwa people are not interested in tribalism and hence they voted for APGA. Everybody in Abia is interested in a change in government, apart from few who feel that they have something to benefit from the PDP. In this case, PDP snatched ballot boxes and for other areas, intimidated the people into voting for their candidate or forfeit voting. From this, they were able to pave small room for them to inflate the figures, but to give those figures being circulated is outrageous and unimaginable. He they succeed, Abia may experience unrest. I pray that the will of the people previal. |

If he wins, let him deliver above the best performing period of Amaechi and justify his election. Perhaps, PDP will be restored.

Great for PDP. Let them show that they can do better. Perhaps, they will win the heart of the people again. |

APGA will certainly win. The figures from Isiala Ngwa South do not represent the will of the people. That not withstanding, APGA will win. Okezie is good, but the Orji influence has denied him what would have been a golden opportunity. Let T.A. Orji move back to prison from where he came to govern, and may God pay him back for all the evil he did in Abia. 4 Likes |

APGA is a popular choice in Abia. T. A. Orji's badwill will definitely affect PDP. APGA has it in Abia. 29 Likes |

Congratulations! Gen. Buhari and the APC. Pls do not start with postponements. It is one of the sins of GEJ. Be proactive in doing the right thing and show the perfect example of what you preached that got Nigerians to vote for you. |

Glory to God and many thanks to all who contributed to the success story, especially the NA. To all who will want Nigeria to burn again tomorrow or thereafter, including those who will encourage violence in any part of the country, may your end be worst and come faster than those of these BH elements killed in this process. BEST WISHES TO OUR DEAR COUNTRY' NIGERIA'. |

Buhari has never been a democrat and will never be one. He has no respect for the Nigerian citizenry. No one doubts that Goodluck, on the other hand, is a seasoned democrat and has more genuine intentions for the populace. Let us put tribalism and hatred away and vote with good conscience. The permutation of who lives or dies and who replaces him is evil. 2 Likes 1 Share |

The man knows that APC is a sinking ship loaded with a time bomb in Rivers State. He just waited for the time when Amechi will not be able to complete impeachment against him b4 the end of their term, and as well just before the party is really disgraced in Rivers. It is a clear indication that most people following Amaechi are not really ers of his party. They are only taking their share of his stolen wealth. |

Democracy at work. Whatever is hidden will be made open one day. Let all parties concentrate on what they've got to offer better than the others. The truth is that they all have skeletons in their cbds. They are all guilty. OBEY COURT ORDERS AND VOTE WISELY. BE NOT MISLED 9 Likes 1 Share |
