Binance will not just disable your withdrawal mode without an issue. So tell us directly what happened.

My withdrawal mode has ones been disabled because I CHANGED MY ED PHONE NUMBER ON BINANCE. I had to change the BVN ed phone number because I was having issues receiving OTP code on the touchlight phone where the sim card was. I changed to the card which is on my android phone. So I had to go through a live video verification and resend my I.d.
Binance said that my withdrawal mode will be disabled for 48hours due to security measures.

So after 48hours, my withdrawal mode was activated.

Refunds are made and received on the not on the card, which is just a channel or means of payment.
If a card expires, refund will still get to the where debits were made.
I am talking from experience. My GTB card that was linked to my AE expired sometime last yr and I still got my refund.

Nah, the refund goes back to the debited it came from, not necessarily card, card is just a means of payment.
You can recieve refunds made with an active card that later got expired, but you can't make purchases with an expired card.

Well, u are entitled to your own opinion. But all I can say is what I have earlier stated that if my Access bank card I linked to Eversend app was not expired, my would have been wiped but my GTB money was taken cos the linked card was still active.
Without those linked cards, there is no way they will get link to an . Once expired, no link to your again.

My GTB card was still active and that was why Eversend, now scammers withdrew money through it but they could not withdraw from my Access bank because the linked card later expired.
