Dstv lost its edge.. aside from showing programs that were not captivating, they were frequently repeating already aired programs.

One major attribute of business that survive in Nigeria is the ability to adapt. There has been this outcry for them to run a pay per view package but they refused to listen. how mtn and econet give a hundred reasons why they couldn't do per sec billing unto glo came and scattered the table....imagine if mtn stuck to their guns and still keep per min billing

Dstv, had it good then because there was no viable alternative but this is no more 2010, the market has shifted, either you adapt or die
Great submission

I don't know the name, but I used to buy it from where I buy my poultry feed. It's like trebbor, and it's grey in color. The woman no longer sells it sha, cos it's very powerful. I've searched other places and can't find it. I was lucky to still have a roll left that I used during this last phase of my attempt at killing the cats.

It's usually in a cylindrical container. You crush it to powder and mix with spciy food.
Is that not phostoxin? Heard it's powerful... Used to store agricultural products, but must be handled with care, if not na death en masse go kill people shocked

I believe there's something diabolical about that aso rock, once a good man gets there, he or she turns bad. I didn't expect all these from Tinubu or buhari judging by their past records
Buhari had no good past records, if not, Fela wouldn't have called him animal.

Both Buhari and Tinubu are just hypes. The merger of Nigeria to work as one is the real cancer killing the country, with the north as the most cancerous.

The present system can't hold the country excellently, not to talk of governing it as expected.

Only Obasanjo had real influence and command and ensures overseeing of every part of the country very well. We've not seen any other since 2007.

Yar'Adua and Jonathan were better because their party had better philosophy and fair minded people.

But you see from C and AD to APC, they are disasters.

Residents revealed they had earlier raised an alarm about the mass movement of the bandits through informal channels to government authorities in Minna but received no response.

“We alerted our in Minna to inform the authorities after spotting the bandits gathering in Kusasu before the attacks,” a local source said. “They stayed in the bush for over five hours before launching the assault. Everyone saw them, but they were too many and riding motorcycles.”

The woman you claim is looking for a senator is not a sugar mommy..What about those women who lost there husbands with heavy bank s and property.... what about those company CEOs and powerful businesswomen with no husbands? and what about the wives the so called senators that you mentioned etc...

life doesnt rotate in a circle for you to think a certain thing doesnt exist...In this world people eat human beings as meals...some eat cockroaches...if you dont do it or dont know anything about it, it doesnt mean that it doesnt exist so shove your wack idea boy

I'm happy to see you are following my comments. It demonstrates interest.
All you need to do is to prove me wrong with facts. No sentiments should be attached.
Prove my comments wrong with constructive criticism and facts.
And again, you ended saying nothing above.
We can debate on issues.
Who knows, you can influence me and possibly change my perceptions.
Everything must not be trivialized, partisan or tribal. , we are entitled to our opinions.
Of course I have said nothing because I wanted your response, and now that you have responded, I will say a little.

1. Nigerians cannot love Nigeria and show it love.
2. People will always be mindful of their region.
3. Every region will protect its criminals.

Now, the question you should ask is that how was Nigeria formed? You should go back to history and see the reality and facts that most regions/nations that formed Nigeria were great empires with running kingdoms before the intrusion of the west.

Nigeria is not one and will never be, reasons the three points I highlighted above in response to your complaints will always be valid.

Fighting against regional values, customs, cultures and way of life with people in their millions is like fighting against nature. You can't win it or at least if you have a slight upper hand, it will be with consequences.

Sir, how many indigenes or citizens of these nations that formed Nigeria knew what was happening to them when their some few selected leaders from few regions signed to the 1914 amalgamation (nobody even knew whether the leaders were coerced or threatened). However, my point is that there were no referendums and the citizens of these nations were ignorant, and merged with alien people like animals. This is criminal on the part of the westerners, the fruits of agony still being reaped today.

Note : There is a difference between a country and a nation; this is a dictionary fact. Nigeria is a country, but not a nation, because Nigeria doesn't consist of one people united in values, culture and traditions.

Hence, it means Nigeria has different nations inside it.

Also note that even the tribes divided into major three at is flawed (hausa/fulani, Yoruba and igbó), because we all know that many tribes in the south and east are not igbo and will never allow igbos rule over them. Even the ijaws are presently revealing the richness of their land and culture and clamoring for their own country.

Fast forward, the much desirable "good Nigeria" after independence only lasted 6 years before everything scattered despite the regions divided into three and this has tortured us till today.

Now, how did they (west) know that the protectorates should be divided into three regions? It is just clear that the regions with the people in them are different and can't come to mutual agreements in governance and way of life.

And here, I won't excuse the nationalists fathers from blames because if they had had great insight, they should have agreed to go separate ways at independence. They knew this, reason for the secession clause, which Azikwe seemed to be the only one against that right of way.

Avarice is the major thing holding this country together plus national cake from oil. Avarice in the sense that our leaders are slaves of money and vain glory, hence, they liase with western powers on how Nigeria (a wealth farm) can continue to exist, hence, the leaders can't do the right thing to get off chains from the neck of their citizens. The slave masters are still much in control and they are the head of the snake that needs to be removed (their influence on us as a people).

National cake also makes all the leaders of these regions come together to continually be in wealth and hence, they won't do the right thing to remove the faulty foundations of the western powers. Hence, the citizens are the pawns that needs to deceived, subjugated and ruled over.

Now, even the homogenous regions have trouble within themselves, how much more when regions are mixed, and you expect peace?

Can you Mr APOPTOSIS mix sugar, salt, sand, milk, garri together and drink it? It's not possible. Such is the case of Nigeria. If you are put in the midst of core northerners to work there and you don't even know what they are saying while they look at you continuously, won't you be agitated cheesy it goes on and on (you understand me).

If fulani values cows and vawulence, and Yorùbá values peace and human lives, and igbo values another, how do you think they can walk together in peace?

Or can two walk together unless they agree? The leaders may agree to milk the country, but the citizens who are much more in population can't agree and of course it is chaos.

This chaos manifests not only via criminality, but mainly because their values which instigates their thoughts patterns are not the same.

Please don't compare us to the United States or China. Because we are Africans and not some other race, what works there may not work here.

And also, United States have one language mainly which is English. Note also that places like Texas are liable to secession from the United States.

China also speak Mandarin as national language and are common in culture despite few tribes there.

It is only a right of common sense that things should be orderly and the forming of Nigeria is not one of it.

What they did in Nigeria and Africa, they didn't do in their continent. Yorùbá for example is estimated 40 million plus, Igbo 30 million plus, Hausa over 60 millions and we manipulated and deceived citizens think it is only right to be called and continue as Nigeria.

These people called UK rightly divided into four parts with independent governments. But they are encouraging us their slaves to continue as one in chaos despite being heterogeneous even than they (Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales)

Why do they have small independent countries in 6 millions, 12 million, 10, 5, 2 millions as separate peaceful easy to govern countries but they have stopped us from using our brains? These European countries all have their separate unique languages, why are they not merged together to become the self deluded great one people great nation we are deceiving ourselves with?

Why are Scandinavians which are brothers, even Slavic countries not merged together or continue as one country? Note that these have homogenous features in history and values yet they are separated.

But we that we have no common traits either by looks, history or culture want to continue as one in struggles, chaos and problems and you think it is not madness.

It is pure madness but coated and masked with paints of tolerance, detribalized, strength in population, good people, etc.

I as a southwesterner know how deep my roots and cultures are, plus the earliest known history and ways of doing and how rich and awesome it is and you expect me and many others to throw that away as if it never mattered and as if we were never self sufficient before oyinbos did their rubbish? Same for other indigenous tribe in this naija.

Every origin of any people is deeply spiritual and it is just natural for me to see clearly that it is a great injustice being merged with others to form a country that will never be or achieve her expected aim.

The western powers have afflicted our psyche and we can't think properly again, hence the misplaced priorities and not knowing how to fix things and organize properly especially by compromising the many unright gains and positions that we could have if we decide to continue in the white man's faulty foundations.

You as a people cannot continue in the white man's foundation and expect respect.

It is even natural that the country should disintegrate.

Finally, now let me ask you, if Naija says today that in setting things right from foundation, that an official indigenous language should be picked as against the white man's English language, please which language will be picked?

Note that the issue of lingua franca has been much debated from times past. Definitely it won't be pidgin.

And English is of course an alien non indigenous language, so which will be picked? Hausa? Fulfude, Igbo or Yoruba or Ijaw or what?

If Hausa is picked, will Yorùbá or Igbo or the rest agree? Or will a hausa man agree to make Yoruba his official language?

So you either continue with the white man's way which majority of us agree that it isn't right or you do yours as indigenous which is right, but in doing yours you can't but fight with those who you are not birthed from the same father, hence, the natural set up of chaos.

Note that not doing your own thing is an insult upon your intelligence and existence as a people, because in not doing yours, you set up yourself as a substandard human being while you elevate that another human (oyinbos) are superior to you.

So in truth, the regions can't love one another, Nigerians can't and will not love Nigeria, it's impossible, they won't give up their criminals etc.

It's a pipe dream and self delusion to think of love in this arena... Forget about it.

In fact, you will/can love one another better as separate nations and countries rather than being together, because there will be deals to be accepted or rejected. But putting rats, squirrels, snakes and scorpions into one single hole is a stage for a circus of disaster!

Just stop already. It's not your fault na me Carry my matter come online that's the reason you keep jumping from one place to another.
No long talks, just go spiritual to understand the future. Preferably traditional since you are in confusion and dilemma.

While as a Christian, you would seek pastors/prophets, don't waste your time with them. More than 99% of them are blinder than bats and they are liars.

If you are Yorùbá, seek the traditional divinity system (ifá) from a confirmed babaláwo.

Note: one of the ways of knowing that a ifá counsel is true is that you don't tell your problems when you get there. You only speak in your mind and let the priest tell you what you want from what is revealed to him or her.

However, I don't think you've told us what your own family think about this issue. Where is your mother? What advise are your parents giving you?
