I do not understand what Soko loan mean by this. While I am requesting for my money that was deducted from my bank not for late repayment and now they are not answering me.

Over deduction from my bank not because of late repayment. I have sent emails, made phone calls, sent messages on whatapps but no one is answering me? Definately many Nigerians are facing this same issue.
