After an initial rejection in August 2024 due to a form error, although I didn't receive the notification until December 2024 because of mailing issues related to my Nigerian address, I submitted a second petition on 8th May 2025, which was approved on 17th May 2025. I opted for processing in the second submission and I used a US address.

EB-1 approval email just entered.
Please what is the next thing to do?

Please kindly help me on what to do i submitted my application for EB2-NIW Advance degree category to Dallas Texas USCIS services center through DHL it was received by them on the 23rd of September up to this moment i haven't received acknowledgment of receipt notice from them, i used Nigerian address and I also filled e-notification form. Please what can i do has I'm confused and worried. Thank you all

They hardly send notices via email even if you fill out the form indicating your interest to get notified via email. I will suggest you them cause it has been over a month. I just feel Nigeria's mailing system sucks. My application was received on 16th Sept and I got a notice in the mail on the 26th Sept. But I put it in the care of someone in the UK so so that maybe an advantage in receiving correspondence.

Kindly provide their email or other means of ing them if you have one.

Good day everyone, USCIS received my petition thru DHL on the 23rd of September 2024 but up to this moment I have not received any notification from USCIS concerning the petition received by them. Trust is not too late or how can i get in touch to USCIS.

They received my petition on the 8th of August 2024, but there has been no acknowledgment email from them till now.

Please how long does it take USCIS to acknowledge the receipt of the petition delivered to their office? This is not a processing.
