Oracleee:Yeah. A very close one. I eventually went for Fury because of pure emotion and nothing more. My instinct told me fury would lose. I became more convinced after seeing the highlights of fury’s recent performance especially the Nnganou’s fight. Boxing is the only sport that I can stake my money on and it’s totally fine which direction it goes. |

It's a good fight. I lost 110k on Fury. Rematch pls. To those quoting me, the mod has removed the attached screenshot for whatever reason so no need to re-attach it. and to the children spewing trash here, go and make money first! I'm not a gambler. I don't follow any betting thread on this forum. Do not gamble if you can't afford to lose the money. Boxing is the only sport that I like and that I can stake my money on. I didn't ask anyone to pity me or return my stake. 110k is nothing to me. 58 Likes 2 Shares |

Commendable:One thing about them is the confidence. They have this unprecedented confidence in that gnld of a thing. They have definition for salary, money, financial independence and all that. A man once came to shout on him early in the morning to free his wife and daughter from GNLD. I guess those ones were his new catch then.

Revolution2022:I’m sure he himself, if he was the landlord, won’t tolerate a fraction of what he did in my house. I expected him to have sense as he is older than myself. I opened the thread in excitement for what happened yesterday and also, to let people read from the landlords. I noticed that most times, it is the tenants that we always hear their sides of the stories here. They talk ills of their landlords but not much is heard of what the landlords went through. I didn’t inherit my house, I worked my ass out to buy the land, pay for each and every building material. It’s been 3 years that I completed the house. I can still how much I paid for each material and workmanship offhand. The 9 months is a loss to me. It’s about 260k as his annual rent is 350k. Plus the repairs that I will do before renting the apartment out; Toilet door, shower mixer, flushing system of the WC, the tiles on the kitchen slab, painting the apartment and the damage done to the entrance door when his apartment was forcefully opened are the things I need to fix before renting the place out. These are the things they won’t come out to tell you when they move out. They leave the house for the landlords to lick their wounds. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

This guy and his people have been living rent-free in my house without paying any bill for the past 9 months. The caretaker took him to court when he refused to leave at the end of his 6 months notice. I informed the Caretaker that I would give him 2 months extra because I also wanted him to have more than enough time. I was reluctant because of his 3 young kids. The 2 months had since expired but he still refused to leave. The caretaker went back to court and they arranged for some police officers through the DPO. They forcefully opened his apartment and thrown his properties out. Everything was drenched in the rain today. This man rented a single room and parlor with a kitchen and bathroom/toilet for his family of 5 but he lived there with minimum of 14 people. He works as a manager in all these gnld. They go out in the morning and comes back in the mid night, disturbing everyone. He claimed to be earning 700k monthly but he Won’t pay his bill. Each apartment contributes 2000 naira monthly for the poor woman sweeping the apartment, he won’t pay. He and his boys will litter the compound with empty nylons of all those alcoholic concoctions. Other children were no longer safe to play in the compound. I blame the caretaker for not collecting caution fee from them. I’ll spend over 120k to fix the apartment for the next occupant. Thank God I pursue am. 14 Likes |

Let the poor breathe but don’t over-help them. This is a typical example out of many. The man chose to help them when he could have easily looked away. See what these 2 idiots are making the man go through now, just by doing good. They’ve definitely blocked many from getting similar opportunities by this their foolish talks. Ore niwon 8 Likes |

It depends on where you live. Look for a business in your locality that will solve a key problem/issue among the people. Service-based businesses may be safer for you since you don’t have much experience in doing business. So, find a service-based business in your area, take some time to learn around the business, do some apprenticeship if possible. Me I prefer businesses where I put more money in equipments/ tools than holding cash. Or starts with a fraction of the intended capital, say 800k in your case. Don’t go all-out into any business with all your money. Start small, you can put more money later, if everything seems fine. , you can always back off from any business at anytime. No strong head for business. Follow who know road, get more practical experience from the real people doing the business. Serve them, don’t expect them to release their business secrets to u easily. Don’t go and be listening to those motivational speakers o. Making money in this country is not easy. Nobody de loyal to help you. My own practical experience with doing small side hustle. I gather money, set up a nice salon for my side here. I employed male and female stylists, based on the OT I got from one guy wey de do am for another side. Omo, guys are not smiling ooo. I barely have anything left after paying bills and those guys were making cool cash off my head. I later pursue them sha. Took some off to learn hair cutting and I make myself fully available for sometime. I’m now a professional barber. This is a skill that I learned in my adult life when I had no choice. I’ve got new stylists now. The cheating don reduce small and I don add few other side services . The gain in coming-in little little now sha. 22 Likes 2 Shares |

Can’t say he was good or bad. He’s gone now and it’s of no use. What I know is that he and his boys were very famous back in the days at FCE Osiele. He became so famous and powerful among the locals and traditionalists for osiele. I heard that his relatives fought dirty over his properties. That’s to show that life is nothing but vanity.
