Great job y'all are doing here!
I finally wrote the GRE after a prolonged wait. I hardly had time to prep for the exam and my scores reflect this (Q161 V149)

I am gunning for a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering

Schools of choice:

San Diego State Uni
University of Tennessee
Washington State Uni
Uni of Toledo

My unofficial WES undergrad GPA is 3.71/4.00 Electrical/Electronic Engineering
1 year work experience
No publication

I am a bit afraid about my scores being poor. I would appreciate advise on the choice of schools and any other relevant advice

I want to apply for a masters in business analytics in the US

Elect/Elect engineering 4.67/5.00
1yr consulting work experience

GRE: December 2018
TOEFL: January 2019

GRE approach (please help critic this):
AWA - Kaplan & Barron
Quantitative - Barron, Gruber, Nova & Manhattan
Verbal - Gruber & Barron


Schools I am considering are:

Georgia tech
University of Maryland
University of Illinois Chicago
University of California, San Diego

I know I am yet to write the GRE and this may heavily influence the choice of schools but I would appreciate advice on these ones and possibly others I can consider to land full funding. At this point, I just want to have a large pool of options to review.
Target number of applications is three.

Cos anyone dropped at this stage after this wait.... it'll take the grace for him/her not to fall into an emotional trauma
A saving grace would be if the person's secured an offer already somewhere else(Which I believe many of those waiting have got already

It took PwC about three months(May 9-July 24) before they gave applicants after the final interview. I think most Nigerian companies have this delay tactics. They thrive on the faulty labour protection system.

I heard about the PWC wait too, but my question is : to what end , why delay that much?
even if they are having some other pressing issues to attend, they could at least send mails after two three weeks so people will know their place

this wait is just ridiculous...I expected more from them as a multinational though
