For those of you speculating that 1,250 people, that's about 35-40 people will be selected per state, and those mentioning about 3-4k people will be recruited. All of you guys are not far from the truth. NNPC really need more staff because of the exploration processes taking place in other regions in Nigeria and the massive retirement that's looming the corporation next year. It is said that only 1,250 from the successful candidates among the over 7k people invited will be recruited now, the result for the remaining successfuls will be used later for another recruitment probably next year, because according to NNPC, to place another advert, conduct another CBT and interview the selected candidates is not economical, hence they will still be using the results for this interview next year.
But na Nigeria we dey, anything can happen along the line.

I ed my legit source/sauce at the NNPC towers, he told me that most of the people considered for the next phase of the recruitment were those that had their interviews on 2nd of July, because they have the overall best performance in the whole interview. I can now see the reason why most of those interviewed on that day didn't received their tf. Congratulations brothers and sisters in advance. See you during documentation.

But due to unequal time spent with each person and other factors,u have clashes of sessions...

We have number of invitees per day to be
39 *20 = 780
And total invitees to be
780 * 9 = 7020

Kudos guys for sharing your experiences. Personally, i enjoyed reading them but honestly, I got more pleasure from the theories and banter. D dynamism of d postulations please more than the monotony of the interview experiences.

Hence, I dug this up for deliberation given that he, was the initiator of the 1% theory.

In the context of the 1% theory, EXEMPTED perhaps means not subject to further scrutiny (chosen ones in Futures voice). With regard to the ABT, could mean not subject to further positive considerations.

If you read the propagator's preceding posts, you could sense the trepidation given the desperate inquisition and tone. I was surprised when he came up with the 1% theory the next day but who am I to doubt his source.

Personally, the only thing I know about the TF and APL is that TF shows one atrended the interview. There may be or may not be further links but I seriously question the integrity of the 1% theory while not accepting the ABT. Given the rate and method of payment, i think TF would continue to trickle in even after APLs have been given.

I guess that's for ad hoc technical staff, like RATECH and LGATECH. However, what's actually difference between this technical staff and ordinary ad hoc staff, and why the difference in the website for registration. Technical staff is using "itms.inecnigeria" while normal ad hoc staff is using "pres.inecnigeria"

I am Serving Corp member, we haven't started any training, the "training" you've been hearing is just a form of keeping us busy and giving us orientation about the whole job, giving us insights, precautions especially (mainly cos Corp are somewhat exposed to dangers, as many are not in familiar environments) . The real training is 3 days (29th-31st, Jan) , please be rest assured you're not left out of any proceedings.
