yes a governor could be a nobody in his state. Okowa of Delta state for instance was a governor running for vice president in PDP during the last General Elections yet he failed woefully to deliver for his party. The people of delta hates APC and will show this present governor what that means on election day.
As powerful as Oshiomole was as governor of Edo state, he never delivered his state to APC during presidential election because the people don't want to have anything with that party nationally.
