I am a newbie but I think I can answer this. Go to "MY Domain", then select the "For sale" tap. Tick/select the square box on the left side of the particular domain name you have in mind. The "settings" button will appear below.
Open the settings. Here you will select the "pricing". Scroll down to the "lease to own". You will see payments in months. Then choose the number of months you want the buyer to split the payment for. The system will do the calculation and it will reflect on your "buy now" page. I hope you understand this.

This happens a lot, It has happened to me too. sometimes the names are not regged by the contest Holders, but by creatives, when they discover a very fine name and submit it to a contest, but it's already submitted by another creative, because the name is very good , they don't want to lose it, they submit as SH uned domain or it by themselves.
If you check the whois and it is 99% similar to the details of the winning entries ("i had a similar experience, but CH did not respond to mail, so lost the name and did not win" reach out to on brandnewname, if brandnewname or SquadHelp if on SquadHelp, they will the contest Holders and the holder will always send a bonus if they regged the name.
