Go to GTBank.com and you'll see that someone seems to have hijacked it from them. Maybe they forgot to renew it and the person quickly ed it in split second. In that case, it wasn't a hacking attempt, by any means. It's called domain squatting.

LocalStandard1:Do you think Africa is the only continent with tribal or racial issues?? And FYI, the way you mentioned two people from one tribe painting them as victims of tribalism/racism and then called out another set of two people from another tribe using a very insulting word, puts this thread on tribal trajectory. You think the media in the US don't way its reportage of issues when it has to involve two different races in order to include a sense of balance - whether the races are White, Hispanic, Asian or African. Racial and tribal sentiments exist everywhere and there's no point denying them. |

LocalStandard1:You don't have to talk about every tribe in order to drive your point home, but Nigeria is 'majorly' a tripartite country made up of Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo and each of these tribes have practiced nepotism and tribalism against one another in the past. So you can't just wake up and decide to write a post to pour adulation/praise on one tribe and make it look like a victim whilst others are to be vilified and spat on. BTW, some people think I'm Igbo here due to my criticism of the govt while some others think I'm Yoruba because of my balanced views on pro Yoruba issues and I've never been involved in tribal tirades and fisticuffs. So where did you see me always dragging tribes and Igbo into discussions?? |

The failure of the August protest was announcing it more than 4 weeks before the start. I hope they don't do the same mistake this time around. They should just keep quiet and do the mobilizing in secrecy and only announce it 3 days to.

Lies! If the organizers had 1% of that huge amount, they'd have shut down Abuja by importing tens of thousands of protesters from nearby northern states and the protest would have continued till date.

He's the same as Lalasticlala nah. Looks like he's the only paid mod here; others are just doing it without a modicum of financial rewards which consequentially makes them unmotivated to put in their best.

Imagine that developed countries were very poor at sports and Africans are the ones leading, we would have said their skin is not strong enough for physically rigorous activities like sports, unlike African skin and that that's why they're failing. Lesson: If you want to fail, you'll have 1,001 excuses to push you into it. 9 Likes |

favor914:That's a one-off case. And it's even totally different from this one. I mean, a New York politician castigating the governor for criticising Joe Biden, saying after all Biden had done to influence the judges to rule in his favour at the election tribunal. Ever happened?? No worries, I know you'll be relying on your fake likes to make it look like your points are more germane than mine. 1 Like 1 Share |

This man is trying to worm his way into Tinubu's heart for a 2027 governorship run. But our Nigerian polithiefcians are not even ashamed or afraid to own up to presidents helping governors to win cases in court?? Is this how they do it in countries like or US?? 3 Likes |

descarado:LOL. Looks like you don't know Sowore's antecedents. Sowore run from civilian govt in 2024?? Sowore that stayed in Nigeria for more than 3 years till he recently went back to visit his family just this year?? Stop this plain blackmailing. Igbos do not have the masterplan to protests and nobody needs them for a protest to succeed or fail. |

My only observation is how campaign rallies are held indoors in the US while here in Nigeria, it's every man and woman for himself under scorching sunlight and rain.

It's sad that people are already talking about 2027 elections when Nigeria is currently on fire. But anybody who thinks that Nigeria will last another 10 years is on self-hallucinations.

LegendHero:Nigeria's power is anchored by hydro. That's why every year, between May and November, power is very regular, due to the rains. We can only say there's an improvement when our power generation hits 10,000 mw, not now that it has continued to revolve around 4-5,000mw. This is not supposed to be rocket science. 3 Likes |
