Hello house , i recently requested a new wall in the varrender of 4ft , so as to increase the size of the visitors toilet . I'm thinking if I should excavate the foundation up to the ground amd blind with concrete before introducing the new wall. Or put a bean across the DPC a d put the new load . Ps the dpc doesn't have a coping/beam just block. Pleas someone should suggest what would be best for the base of this new wall. |
