this is utterly wrong, of course there is a problem with siblings being here, when you listed rules, you said no same surname, when I was accused with just one proof which could not even hold a fly, I let it go even though I could had dropped two number, two Id cards, in fact you could had called us both and different people would answer but I didn't do all that because everyone could say I was just using my sibling to try to take double, why now there is no problem with people with same surname dropping? same surname should not be allowed as it was done in my case, no exemptions
