It used to be tailwind CSS but I honestly can't choose between material UI and chakra UI.

fact it depends on your taste, I prefer tailwind because of ui interface

Tailwind is nice but Bootstrap is still dominant

Tailwind is awesome, the responsive aspect of it is so nice, I just add the property I need. I am already liking this framework too much

I rather mix them up. I saw some project mixing different css framework to get a beautiful UI
.

I'm not doing anything CSS for now I'll try many framework in future

Bootstrap is nice and robust and my colleague uses and loves it for creating beautiful responsive websites.

When I do web apps with React, I like to combine Materialize-CSS (materializecss.com) and Tachyons(tachyons.io).

For side projects I'm playing with new design trend called Neumorphism.

I've never used Tailwind, just checked it out now and its features look cool. I'll put it on my radar for a free weekend. I got sold on it the moment I saw the darkmode feature.

Neumorphism is not new, Flat design took over it, but yeah i guess, you like the emboss effect ?, I always felt it had that 3d effect for my liking they look like 3d renders

It's a lot like Tailwind. We should adopt our own technologies too
