if you are so keen to know about schoolarships, u can search the Abu Dhabi university website, there's an on going schoolarship offers as I write. u can apply. application ends by 21st of January(this month).
most of these scholarship offers comes with monthly stipends 5000drihams upwards.
that's why I said information is the key earlier in my previous post.

u can process her visa for her in the UAE, anywhere she is doesn't matter, wether inside Dubai or outside the country. Once you have her documents with you already, go to those twaasul or typing centres and process her visa. that's what I mean.

Lemme give u a sound advice regarding that..First go to a trusted Aboki and exchange your naira to dollars. When you get to Dubai Airport exchange your dollars to AED at 1dollar to 3.63AED . The reason is because Dirham is scarce and expensive in Naija but Dollar is common thereby making the few that has it to be rigid as per selling to u at favourable rate.

Don't exchange too much dollars at the airport. You can exchange at a better rate in town.

Also if you have visit visa, approach your bank for PTA. You are entitled to buy $4,000 per quarter at normal exchange rate which is cheaper than the Aboki rate.

Why not bring your naira here and exchange for 133naira or at International airport whichever is cheaper.

In Dubai, you can do the COVID test from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), they have centers at some of the popular malls.
