logically two statements, one having a positive truth value and the other a negative truth value cannot combine to produce a true compound statement.

in other words if part of the info is not true then how sure can we be about the truthfulness of the other parts of d info.

let's assume 500 to 1000 are reserved for big people in the presidency, NASS, ministers, friends and family of CG. you think 5000 is a small number? let me tell you there are some local government that have not even invited for the test as long as there are Representatives from your state. FCC is based on states not on LGAs
