I submitted October 12th and just received the NSE letter this morning guess they have started the eligibility review hence the reason they requested for the NSE requirements

please is there any letter format that I can edit and send to the Abuja VFS.
since Friday my port was delivered (tracked it with my DHL tracking ID) but up till now, I haven't gotten any mail as to that effect from Abuja VFS.

When you check your CIC profile, Eligibility status it Will state "we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements"

I don't know if they have really started the eligibility review I just saw the NSE request letter in my cic this morning and a mail was sent also to check my CiC before this morning nothing was happening since I submitted on October 12th only for me to get the NSE letter this morning hope my explanation is clear now

Most college's in Ontario you have to apply to the OCAS portal the centralized Ontario colleges portal once you know the college you want to apply to in Ontario check the website of the College if they stated it on their website if you can Apply directly on their website or through the OCAS portal and yiu need to do an extensive research yourself through Google just Google colleges in Ontario then yiu will be checking the website of each colleges to check for the one that offers your course you want to go for

Apply through Ontario colleges, you can apply to Conestoga College, loyalist College.
I think for centinial college you can apply direct.

Not sure of other provinces.
You can check New Brunswick Community College, I think you can apply direct and it's also affordable. But they have just one intake a year plus competition is high and higher now with the introduction of new PR process for Students.

It happened to me with VFS Lagos, when I managed to pull through the calling hurdles I got my tracking ID.
You might need to their customer service representative.

Why doesn't he apply for something related to his current work experience. If he's a graphics designer, maybe he should explore product design /UI/UX as it's in demand in Canada and Nigeria as well. I feel this will help his sop and show reason to return after study.
