My package landed in Akure today after 33 days in transit. You see, I suspected foul play because no update that it landed in Lagos before Akure. It was after I went to check in the Post office today that the update came up. I was actually told that my package wasn't there yet. But in the afternoon, this update came up. It means that the phone has been there for a while.

Lesson? Always disturb them in your post office whenever you feel that your package is in Nigeria.

Good even everyone, other tracking sites say my package has arrived destination country but the tracking info hasn't been updated on Ali Express app, it's been over a week now, what do you think the problem could be and should I go to my post office? This is my first time ordering from them

Ordered since September 16th oh, BP will soon expire. Arrived in Nigeria last month. Don't know why Post office has been slow, I've received the other package I ordered same day last month.

there might be issue in some case that po will not send text/call, best thing is to confirm from main po if it has been transported, I do this a lot, and won alot of arguement against them,
anyway you can continue to wait, the stuff will still come, but this method speed up the process, as per say you'll have an edge against dem lazy po agents

Look for ikeja post office on google, get the phone numbers, and try them, they'll ask for tracking number, give them and you'll know where your stuff is, simple

Every goods undergo custom clearance. I guess your question is "will it have custom duty to be paid for it?" If that is the question, the answer is not sure but likely. The custom duty thing is a bit random, but the possibility that a good will get one increases with the perceived worth of the goods. Oh yeah, the custom guys are now not fooled by the declared value, they just randomly tag a duty to a good. You may get lucky and it will escape that, but if you are that worried about it, why not look for a trusted third party shipper (don't know of any) that you can use and let the shipper worry about that? Went to the Post office headquarters here in port Harcourt I was told my item has not arrived

I called the Ikeja post office Guy this morning ... He checked and told me the item has not arrived ..

My question is , is it possible for an item to show arrived destination country and its yet to arrive... Has just 6days before buyer protection expires
