In MUI 12 you have to set it yourself. he should go to settings, enter notification => Notification shade => Notch & status bar then on the show connection speed.

That your phone is in MIUI 12 doesn't mean updates will stop. You have an update do it.

You can but u'll have to disable the new control centre and go back to the old notification style.

Settings>Display>Control centre & Notification Shade>Use new notification shade, just disable the last option and u'll get what u what, u can always enable it anytime you want it.... Cheers

I started updating to Miui 12 yesterday on my note 9pro. But my data got finished. So I stopped the update.

I got more than enough data and have been checking back for the update and it keeps telling me no updates available and I am still on Miui 11. What should I do?

Simple and Materialistic?

First of, you're running low on storage space. You can install Android COOS theme on the theme store for a close to stock look. If your launcher has an app drawer enable that as well to keep your homescreen clutter free.

Truth be told I miss just miss my theme. I've been using it for almost 7 to 8 months.

Please recommend good squircle icon themes for me..
And I noticed that theme stores gets useless as the days goes by.

Previously before now, I can icon pack directly from the theme store. You will find it, under customize them>> icons. But now, it's not possible again.

Recommend a theme for me, with squircle icon pack

I have made peace with it. In fact at this moment I'm just enjoying my device, MIUI 12 or no MIUI 12, RN8 is a very good phone.
