They should reduce their data prices and increase the volume. All these shenanigans will not fly. Is it 4000 naira that may be charged at 50naira per minute and before you can say your name it's gone that they are marketing. 9mobile is not serious for business.

9 mobile has reduced their tariffs; both data and voice calls are cheap now.
