Have you tried Ecobank card online before? Also, what's their monthly limit now

I recently paid on alibaba with first bank and zenith bank mastercard . They both have a cap of 200usd monthly.

Zenith bank rate appears to be the cheapest of the 2 around 389/390 naira per dollar. First bank charged higher but still below 400 naira.

Gtb, keystone, and stanbic mastercard refused to work.

I used my GTb on AliExpress today and it worked.

Now, I've got more interesting discovery. Frustrated by this ongoing problem, I decided to waste a little money to buy the cheapest thing I could find on Aliexpress. I paid $2.80 on the item, used the cards that have refused to work on ebay/paypal and voila! So this is not bank matter but specific merchants (namely paypal). I'm deeply frustrated and confused with this development
