I think your CGPA is too low to start with and I would advice to apply to German taught programs where the competition is lesser. That means you might have to learn German Language to at least B2 Level to get a chance of being accepted

I don’t think your CGPA is low if it’s 2.52/5. Cos I had the same CGPA and I got ission to the two schools I wanted. What I’d say is that you need to work on your “Motivation Letter”

Unfortunately, the embassy(Visa officer) don't know when exactly student visa application will resume. She said until they receive instructions from .
She said students should just keep checking the website.

I believe FG is now waking up to the reality of the situation. And now the number of cases is reducing gradually.
Hopefully international flights will resume very soon (officially).

But I was made to believe that international flight is even now possible. I spoke with an Airline yesterday and they confirm same (at least from middle of the month; around 19th). Though Tue embassy will wait for official statement on that.

I know it is hard time and expectations are quite high, but keep the hope alive. It will end in praise.

Either you update your port before applying or get documents ing the change of names and swear an affidavit at a high court.

I don't understand your post man, how does German schools opening has to do with the German embassy opening, there is no link, its certainly pointing to the direction that time is running out and most students won't meet up, no one knows when the German embassy are opening, no one knows when int'l flight will resume in Nigeria, we just dey sidon dey look, its August yet no hope, what I find amusing is why pin students visa interview on int'l flight resumption?. I know you are trying to be positive, but bring positive news that actually make sense.

Yeah, student visa interview based on flight resumption. I really don't know why but probably that's where they have a lot of work to do. So they just put it on hold while they handle the ones they have on ground...

Do you even know how long some of us have been on the process. Anyone who doesn't have the necessary document till this moment is jonzing. BA is getting old in German , SL is nearing expiration for some of us with AD in March just before the lockdown.

So brother, we're over-prepared.

to be honest the cgpa is quite low for a masters in an engineering related program, so i would advise you apply for a bachelor's degree instead, u can use your 100 level transcript to apply. best wishes!

A friend has the yearly one since last year August. Almost 1m has gone down the drain due to this Corona. He was supposed to go for his interview by the end of March. The SL is expiring by the end of this month. And the writer is requesting for another 1m to issue another.

It's a bad time to use SL for the German waka.

The writer is more wicked than bokoharam and ISIS combine together. Honestly i dont know why Nigerians always like to exploit their fellow Nigerians with SL.
Other countries like Cameroon and Ghana collect less amount to issue SL but Nigerians own is very different.

You guys don't understand, there is more to this things than you can imagine, we don't trust ourself, incase you don't know if anything happen during your stay in and you don't have money to pay, they will remove it from the person giving you SL . So they are move like collecting it in case anything like that happens.
