I opened a dispute upon BP ended for a package that i did not collect choosing reason as "purchase protection is running out, and parcel still in transit" but i finally received the parcel.


upon inspecting the item i realized that the package is not as described by the seller.

1. should i edit the current dispute and change the reason as item not described by the seller? or
2. close the dispute and open anoda one for "item not as described by the seller".

Collected last week monday.

The problem might be from NIPOST because the seller keep telling me to go and collect at post office but when i got their they will tell me it did not arrive, but later they call me to come and pick it.

I also have anoda package that stuck at dispatch to overseas via 4px/SG since 25 june
