Settings not opening
Hdmi connected but no audio
Wireless just put itself off.. I've pressed the button it's not coming on (Bluetooth off too)
Booting takes long

Three options - :
Downgrade to Windows 7 (to test)
Update drivers
Reinstall Windows 10

At first if I switch it on the screen will be blank but the caplock and home key light will be blinking, but I removed the battery and held the power button for 30sec and it did automatic repair and I reinstall he window after it came on, and it worked well for a day, until it started this again.
Please wat can I do

Your activator is the likely issue, try another..........

Regarding your WiFi, once your toggle the on switch, what happens?

Have you turned laptop completely off and on again, after a few minutes?

Find out model of WiFi module and reinstall drivers........

It could either be hardware or software, if it's software..... Easier to fix.....

Take it to a technician, it would be an overheating issue .

And what do u mean by its heat up unnecessary ? is it when you are using a app on it or it just it up like that?

try using the laptop without the ba3 and observe the heating problem

Its normal for it heat up when you are playing Fm19. I have encourage gamer's to get cool pad. it's not that expensive.

Hello computerboy. I had issues updating to the latest windows and I am still stuck wit version 1803. Windows update kept wasting multiple GB without completing the setup. I tried the linkin the first page and it wouldn't highlight the September update as an option. I need every help I can get. Thanks

Without deleting any files you mean?


If yes, then don't delete any partition, just click on the partition you want to install the os on and click on next.

Note that you will lose your installed drivers and apps.

With the first pic, I will say your graphic chip is bad but update your drivers first.

Again after seeing the second pic, I don't think the display adapter driver or graphic chip is the problem.

I'm suspecting a bad RAM stick.

If your laptop is using 2 RAM stick, troubleshoot by testing it one after the other to confirm which one is faulty.
