iCauseTrouble: Do you know a Nigerian that will pay over a N1,000,000 for a domain name? That is what you're asking the Indian to do. India like Nigeria is a poor country. 5 Likes |

ElonMosque: No recommendations, data may not be up to date depends on how you search. For a beginner starting from scratch, the books give them a condensed version of what's expected. Try search queries like 'domaining ebook pdf' 'domain name flipping pdf', you'll see books. cc: meetme01 1 Like |

grandstar: Trust his judgement. You don't know the domain name yet. And to turn down a $500 offer means he's very confident the name can sell for more. If you can afford renewals, why rush to part with names. Some domainers have held on to a name for years and still end up selling for profit. Afterall is business not all about taking calculated risks? 2 Likes |

UrVillagePpl:Don't sell your domain name where you bought it. House rat don't have a name. Go to another marketplace and raise the price. At the same marketplace, records are easy to dig up and that will be to your disadvantage. 2 Likes 1 Share |

ikhalyfah:Yes, doing everything manually can be exhausting. As you shore up your fund, think of automating your online business cum domaining through outsourcing and use of tools. It frees your time to focus on KRAs (key result areas) of your business and studies. |

grandstar: Did you ed your domain yourself? Do you have the to your web hosting ? If yes to the two questions, simply go to your anel dashboard and WordPress theme. You're free from all human and web designers' encumbrances. You'll never pay any designer to do website or blog design for you. They are a pain in the ass from this clime. Abroad, service providers are more honest than here. I'm always scared dealing with artisans like mechanics, etc. They want to eat more than the service they provide. I avoid them where I can. 1 Like |

ElonMosque:Noooh!!! I'm praying to get that name for myself with the consent of my partners. They feel I'm too obsessed with the name. |

grandstar: Is not accurate, i used it to test a name that was rejected and it shows good 8.8 accurate. Also used it to test approved name and it rejected it |

iCauseTrouble: 4:05pm On May 01, 2020 |
ElonMosque:Thanks bro. I just laugh sometimes when people jump to accepting low offers without even negotiating or making a research on the potential buyer. Some don't really know the value of the names they hold. Patience is very important if you must succeed in domaining. Just last month, I still rejected an offer of $1000 for a domain. I insisted on $2499 and I still revoked the offer cos I feel the name is worth more. I currently list it at $3999. 7 Likes 1 Share |
