I think they just need either NYSC certificate number( for those that applied as a graduate), or OND or NCE certificate number (for those that applied with that) or waec/neco/GCe/Nab/ for those that applied for that stage. I believe they want to use the numbers to the highest certificate of each applicant. My thoughts though. I might still be wrong.

You can go for WAEC Attestation of result certificate. The Attestation of result certificate is thesame as WAEC certificate but it will take you like 6month before the WAEC attestation of result is ready after processing.

Because of how urgent you want to use the certificate now once you have the photocopy of the WAEC result you can just go to any high court nearest to your place to certified the photocopy as true copy and it will be stamp and accepted any were in the world.

sadly, I don't have the photocopy.. I only have the statement or results and the printout from WAEC website
