crushsugar:I was wondering... Do dental nurses have same opportunity as RN in coming to UK? Is it the same process? |

SOLARPOWER1:I think NCLEX is for US and not for UK. If you have ed your academic IELTS and have the UK dream, then with NMC UK online ,then book for CBT ( written in Lagos) . While preparing for CBT,you can start looking for UK hospitals or agents that would issue you COS. ing CBT gives you higher chances of getting sponsors easily. With CBT ed and COS issued, you can apply for visa and then prepare for your OSCE in the UK while working with your sponsors. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Good day @crushsugar. Please i need your advise. Im currently applying to nursing schools in nigeria as im 26 and dont want to waste 5 years in a university (which can be extremely difficult to get into) . My aunt in the u.k is also a nurse and is willing to sponsor my school here in hopes that i would go and meet her after. 1. How much work experience do i need before applyimg for a job in the u.k? 2. Will my RN certificate be enough? I guess im just really scared that the whole u.k system might change when im done and i will be stuck here earning peanuts. Do you advise i go through with it? Thanks. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Afroguee: 1. you dont need any work experience to work in the UK as a nurse it was 1 year b4 but now with zero experiance. 2. surely your RN certificate is enough to get a job as a nurse in the UK 3 Likes |
