A fellow is more than 40, has over 5 years experience(not govt) but has only B.sc please what do you suggest? Should the fellow apply for Professional even without a "Masters degree/Prof certification " or just stick to Level 8(despite the above the pegged age(35)?

I can proudly tell you that if he understands English well enough he might feel offended by it. Write in English and send it.

Yes, FG started paying salary since friday, some of my colleagues recieved thier's on friday while some on saturday. But i got mine this morning.
It jst depend on your ministry and the bank you are banking with.

I'm planning to get a recommendation letter from a rep member, one of the new aid said I will need to get the number of the MD or HR mananger in that agency before going to meet the member because the HOR member will have to call them that he is sending someome to them, now my problem is that can't the HOR give me the recommendation letter to send to the office with out calling because it's very difficulty to get this big men official or personal number.
