That source appears to be odd if we are to align with others. I he also said everything about FCC was finalised last year. But most other sources confirmed that COC was granted this year. The visit of the FCC chairman to the towers in Jan appeared to give some credence..

Irrespective of whether you have a sauce or not, what beats me is how you find it interesting to jump on other people's post just to invalidate them. Those details aren't accessible there. Once you are among the ones that will get the apl, after documentation, you will be given your own to NNPC webmail on there website. Any other thing about your details goes through HR. If you want to confirm anything, you book appointment with HR and go to towers. That's it. I have worked in as an Intern in one of the NNPC subs
