Timi has called one of us and he said we should all be patient that he has processed the payment already it's left for the management to pay the money however he doesn't know when exactly....Also all those threatening and posting ill about him on twitter should kindly desist from such cause that will be an embarrassment to shell and it's not good for us to be posting ill stuffs about our sponsors...

You guys should have patience as Mr timi Tralagba has confirmed they would pay. Its just a little delay in the processing of payments by the management. Accept our Apologies for negative comments Sir !!!.

Yeah every one should stop. It was just because Nigerian students were worried and everyone was frustrated. But we re apologizing sincerely for that. Everyone should be patient as they will surely pay.its not Mr timi fault but the management rather for the delay in processing of payments.

of course that is why I decided not to act anything funny giving Mr timi a benefit of doubt until this week elapses. since he has confirmed that the payment is not in his hands, no problem. but let us be watching sha. I hope that they won't pay us around November/December this year when the money is almost useless

If it's not Timi's faulty then it should be shell authorities ..We should start a thread for shell scholars and move it to front page so shell authorities can understand how badly we need this money and pay up

Shell is a multinational that budgets billions 6yearly for the social corporate responsibility which includes scholarships. so if we have not been paid then that means someone is sitting on the money and it might not be timi. we need to make sure that this money comes out in time so that it can be useful

I still don't know why some of us are still impatient and of the move to take this to social media. This has never happen before so definitely they know about the situation already. If they decide not to pay us, I believed there is nothing we can do.

if you read my earlier post you will notice that I haven't taken anything to social media, I am not even on Twitter or Instagram. But time is running out and they might decide not to pay this set. just like agbami 2012/2013 final set. If they have it all cozy someone can just decide to swallow the money, hoping that nothing will happen.

No one is being delusional here. If u were in the shoes of awarded Nigerian students u would do the same or more. We sincerely apologize for that just that Nigerian students were frustrated. Alot of us depended on this money and did not even work thinking that we would be able to take care of our school fees and hostel fees without issues. Now school has resumed how do u expect us to pay for our school fees and house rents whereas we've discovered in history that this funds are always paid before xmas even last year awardees we're paid in November. Its not easy but let's just leave mr timi tralagba and the management to do their job. We have to leave everything in the hands of God. Of course we know shell is not a fraudulent company and we trust that they will pay just that these funds should come when it will be useful like this January or first week of February cus our landlords are already on our neck. Apologies to mr timi if we Nigerian students got him upset.
