I have never used the Poweramp app before, but since guys were saying it was ₦300 on Playstore I decided to try and get the awuuf and just let it be that I have purchased it, Beht $4.29 is plenty o, almost 1K is what they will debit me, cannot pay that amount for app

Zenith Bank master card works well with play store and also apple store cos am using the bank and its functioning well, don't know abt other banks

The unlock code stopped working on your device..
Same code is used on other fones, so its not an issue of forgotten code.just woke up one day and the fone was hanging, initiated a restart and have been unable to access the device again, as it keeps saying wrong code...have tried over 30x.
The device is zte v7 blade.

Is the address on your Gmail set to any address in the U.S?

That's the best explanation for the dollar your playstore is showing. Another thing is to delete your preset Google Playstore payment profile and create another one. This thing, with an address in Nigeria. You'll need to add your payment details again.
