You'll need 14 to 16 acres of land to squeeze in 100k plant, and you'll need atleast 15 to 30 workers to manage the field

yes it looks like rot.
I just want to use Neem leaves soaked in water plus garlic.

Uproot all infected plants and burn them so the disease does not spread.. it is impossible to cure fungal infections when the damage is done.. then spray the rest of your farm with zforce or saaf
