The Amlodipine is alright, she may need to seek her doctor's help to see if some Diuretics or Beta-blockers can be added to her medication while the Methyldopa should be stopped.

She should go to any of the reputable clinic nearby and have Ceftriaxone shots once daily for two days( mainly in the morning). Get Doxycycline 100mg. Take medication in the Morning and evening only for 5days.

You are right about the pigmentation. Surprisingly, it has never tend to scratch me, just there with its ugly nature. And it's only on the shaft.
It's been there for over 8 months now.
What am I to do? Those medication cost me a fortune that I even went borrowing now no result.
Funny enough I might be consuming drugs that is not related to what is wrong with me. Hopefully it won't affect my health wise.

What to use depends on knowing what the cause may be. So, I don't know it cause I don't have an idea of the morphology of the rash and how it came about. But if this rash has been disturbing why not seek a physical doctor's help...

please Doc, help me out. I did a sperm count test and the result showed that I had staphylococcus aurea . Augumentin was prescribed for me which I took for complete 7 days. A week after finishing this drug, I discovered rashes on every part of my body. I went back and I was told to use blood tonic and preton saying that it was the reactions of the drug. Its going to three weeks now and the rashes still remain on my body. I am fed up because I have bought different creams and drugs but to no avail.

Stop all form of medication especially if the present medication you are in is being up to 2 weeks and no improvement.
Go and get a simple home remedy combination of antifungal, antibiotics and corticosteroid- Visitaplus.
Apply this cream morning and in the evening. Take warm always. Except a change within 2 weeks, write me back if no improvement. During the afternoon period to the evening time when you shall have to ister the Visitaplus, apply on your skin Benzoyl peroxide to dry and peel off the rashes skin. This will expose the rash properly to the Visitaplus topical action.
