I can't what I cooked last year but I know what I'm cooking this year and it won't be any of those whole turkey bake with potato salad, casserole, stuffing and gravy. Though I got a 26 lbs turkey, I will simply go with jollof rice, moin-moin, sweet salad and stewed turkey. I've been thawing out the turkey in the fridge for 2 days now and I will just cut out the two legs and thighs together with the wings and shoulders, these are the best parts. I will steam, deep fry and make mouthwatering onion stew with it. I realized we don't have to bake a huge turkey when the parts I mentioned are the parts most people enjoy, the breast part is just tasteless with too much meat.

And the shayo for ladies, get you a bottle of white zinfandel with slices of tangerines and enjoy jare, it's going to be a great Thanksgiving.
