Take a taxi (Sharon) at Jabi, then when you arrive Kaduna tell the driver you're dropping at NDA junction. Remind him like 2 or 3 times as you go through Kaduna metropolis, when he drops you at NDA junction, just cross the road and you're at your venue.

If na train you follow, take keke at Rigasa train station and drop at bakin ruwa. Then take a taxi for "Kawo", from kawo refer to the direction I just gave the candidate coming from Lagos. (below)

PS. There's a back gate along the road that goes to Kawo, but I'm not sure if they'll it you there. Keep your eyes wide open, if you see candidates there you can drop from your kawo taxi.

Maybe an affidavit can suffice especially if both DOB are not out of the required age range , I don't know.

Hello house, the name on my BVN was interchanged, i mean i middle name was used as my surname vice versa, but all the name are complete, i tried to correct it in the bank before printing but the no greee accept my ID due to the fact that my middle name on the ID was shortend, whats the implication pls?

As for as your two main names, name and surname is there, no worry. Just make sure the date of birth tallies.
