If you come in under the FSW program, you can live and work anywhere in Canada, including Québec, and without a CSQ. I lived there for some months, if that helps.

cc @AZeD1

and clarification much appreciated!

Hello Folafikemi how long did it take for you to get your PR from Saskatchewan and how many months did you have to wait before receiving nomination initially

From AOR to PPR is 5months
Received nomination within 1month of EOI
Hope that answers your question?

It's been long that I posted pics. Been very busy in the last couple of months and still busy. Resizing pics to to NL doesn't help much as well.

On a recent work trip to a small oil town in Saskatchewan. Looks like fall.

The west still loves oil.. Producers (majorly non big oil) operating in the Bakken Shale oil field (Bakken formation - Sask, Montana, N.Dakota and Manitoba) are still breaking even.

I even encountered a Moose. The magnificent beast dashed across the grid road into the wheat fields. It doesn't get more Canadian than this.

The down town. I was told any town that vehicles are packed in this manner is redneck cheesy

Where I actually visited after a 4 hours road trip - untouched Prairie surrounded by coulee/green field.
I was informed that the world biggest Trex dinosaur fossil was discovered around this area.
It is a very environmentally sensitive area.

The snow fall last weekend. A day after the trip. That's all.

2nd pic was snapped today. There is an ongoing job action (strike) by some government workers across the province. Some workers about to start demonstration.

Thanks. It's just a joke common in Saskatchewan to have people from rural areas or small towns..
The people that live in small towns like the one in the pic are usually very wealthy farmers. They earn lots of royalties from oil companies while still retaining the land to grow cash crops.

@ daks02,
May the land of Canada favour you and yours, in Jesus'name. Please did you get the yellow fever card to fly with Lufthansa? If yes, where did you get it?
Anybody who has flown with Lufthansa could also answer because, we travel in a few days and we don't have enough time, please.
Thank you!

I don't believe you need yellow card for Lufthansa. Travelled with them a couple of months ago. However, I advise you still call the airline for confirmation.

[quote author=Muchman365 post=82835033]Hello guys, I’m new here and I must say I’ve learnt a whole lot reading from experienced peeps here. Please, I have a question to ask.
My wife and I belong to a cooperative society where we work. Can our statement of s reflecting our cumulative savings be used as part of our POF in addition to funds we have in fixed deposit bank s? I am hoping we wouldn’t have to terminate our hip of the cooperative before we are ready to finally relocate.
Thank you in advance for your kind responses.:

If you will be using your savings in Cooperative society, prooving beyond reasonable doubt using documents and evidences of deposits overtime will be necessary. It worked for me. Evidences like valid ID card of the association, evidence from payslips showing monthly savings deductions (minimum of a year) from your salary into Coop , letter on the Coop letter headed from the President/Chiarman showing the sum you have access to and how unencumbered the sum is, better also if the management of the Coop can give you a statement of their purpose stating what they do, when ed and their number of incorporation with CAC. If you have other proofs, u may add. I guess this helps.

I am not sure if APEGS, APEGS etc recognizes HND or not. You may want to carry out a research on that. I do know that APEGA does not accept Bachelors in Applied Tech or Bachelors in Technology (from non universities) for registration as Professional Engineers or EIT.

However; if they don't, there are engineering tech regulatory bodies like ASET in Alberta or OAECTT in Ontario that regulates Engineering tech diplomas.

https://www.oacett.org/

https://www.aset.ab.ca/

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certified_Engineering_Technologist

Thanks alot bro, but do you have an idea of any of such body in sask? And if you are in sask can I reach you on WhatsApp please...thanks
