No we don't because it's considered body work which we do not currently do and could be as intensive as cutting and welding if it's really rusted out.

OP sells cars and states that cars might need some repairs, someone offers to provide estimate for the repairs cos that's what she does, how exactly does that necessitate calling her a witch.
