Hmmm... You need special order if your choice is xiaomi. I don't even know the device to recommend.
But for me, I have glo router. Am always on WiFi. I also have 3 month data of N1000 these data retailers sold to me on my line. When am out of WiFi reach, I use my data.

Sometimes if my WiFi turns off. I use my iPhone SE too.

This is how life has been easy for me.

For new phones only Mi 9T and Mi 9 global has band 28. The Mi 9T is the closest but still above your budget at 119500 at Pointek, Raya or Slot.

Meanwhile below your budget is the Mi 8 lite. It was released last year it has some cons though, read the specifications on Gsmarena and see if you are satisfied with it.

I go still need that Floveme 2 in 1 cord oooo....so that I go jejely pack my default charger to the cartoon as I don't touch accessories that comes wit fone,so that wen I wan sell or give out....e go get value!

At least you happy that the icon is showing, however it still charging below 10 watts cheers..

Got my Redmi K20 Pro. I gave up waiting for Global variant.
Bought the Chinese Variant, Unlocked the bootloader and flashed Official Global ROM (Raphinlin) via fastboot.

Now I am on Global..
Battery last longer than Pocophone F1 (which was my previous device).

Onscreen fingerprint not good for me though. Not satisfied with the mechanism.

Back camera from stock is better than Gcam.

I frowned at the pop up selfie before but now, I am loving it.

Overall, the device is exceptionally great...
That wait was long that I had to settle for 9T because of the stressed attached to the Chinese pro variant

Been using RN7 for two weeks now... The phone is amazing.. But my next device will surely have a front flash, taking selfie pictures at night is sad.. might consider going for Pocophone F1.

Is your Xender up to date? If yes check turn off WiFi assistant and see. If all these don't work try Mi drop. You can use Bluetooth to transfer the APK to the other phone.
