The CC9E uses an Amoled display but the resolution is HD+ whereas the RN7 is FHD+.

Now there have been a debate that the SD 665 on the CC9e though newer is not as powerful as it's predecessor the SD 660 on the RN7.

The screen of the RN7 is bigger though.
The CC9E use an under display fingerprint scanner.

It now boils down to what you fancy on a phone.
